35th ONCE COMPETITION FOR SCHOOLS

The official media launch of the latest edition of the competition took place on 3 October.

After 35 years raising awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion among boys, girls and teens, the ONCE school competition has become a benchmark when it comes to teaching values in the classroom. This year, with its slogan "For me and all my schoolmates", it is inviting teachers and students alike to transform playtime into a unique opportunity for fun and learning adapted to all situations, needs and interests.

The presentation was held in the playground at the Sagrado Corazón School in Chamartín, Madrid. This school has numerous measures in place to encourage inclusion, since "upholding diversity is one of its main hallmarks" and almost eight per cent of the student body has special educational needs.
