Personal Data Protection Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), you are informed of the following aspects:

• The data of a personal nature gathered in the application form to take part in the Competition for Schools, will be included in a file for which ONCE is responsible, whose address for these purposes is its head office in Calle Prado nº 24, 28014 Madrid.

• ONCE will process your data as necessary to manage and deal with your application.

  If the owner of the data does not provide his or her consent for the processing of the data, it will not be possible to process your application and it will be impossible to manage, develop and comply with the obligations.

• ONCE has appointed a Data Controller, who you can contact by email dpdatos@once.es and/or the mailing address at Calle Prado, 24, 28014 Madrid.

• The legal grounds for processing your data are the express or informed consent of the owner of the data

• The data will be stored for as long as necessary to process and manage your application and to develop the Competition for Schools.

• At any time, the owners of the data may exercise their rights of access to data, rectification, deletion, limitation or opposition to treatment and the portability of data, and may revoke their consent to the processing of their data. These rights may be exercised by written request to ONCE at Prado nº 24, 28014 Madrid or by email dpdatos@once.es Revocation of your consent will not affect the legality of processing based on their initial consent.

• The owner of the data has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
